I don’t know what the House was thinking trying to overturn the senate’s role in approving presidential appointments. If they are trying to smooth the way for a President Romney, they are slitting their own throats. A R will not always be president. Regardless, EVERY branch of the government needs all of the checks and balances the constitution provides.
Abdication of duty, is the way I see it, FREE. And now, since nobody has yet stopped him, word is that the Big Red One will be issuing another executive order that frees him up to commandeer the Internet in the name of “cyber-security”.
