EPA lawyer: What Constitution?

“Hello… America-to-Bob-Sussman… under our Constitution, the legislative branch makes the laws and the executive branch executes them. EPA has no constitutional authority to take any action that has not been not previously authorized by Congress. Contrary to Sussman-think, the EPA cannot take action that, in effect, ‘overhauls our environmental statutes’ and it cannot ‘carry additional weight’ on its own initiative.

One of the highest priority items for the 112th Congress will be to get a grip on the outlaw EPA.”

Why not rename the agency to something that more closely describes their goals? Like, say, EPS–Enforced Promulgation of Socialism.

The latest in the Dems’ never-ending fight against the American citizen.  They yearn for the abhorrent, but will settle for the merely reprehensible.

Al Sharpton Meeting With FCC To Shut Down Limbaugh

[…] Sharpton has earned his place in the Hall of False Prophets, right up there with snake oil salesmen like Benny Hinn and Jimmy Swaggart and he’s proved himself even less of a friend to free speech. Sharpton’s argument would only make sense of the airwaves were privately owned and there were regulations from the owner as to what is allowed in terms of speech. As it is, the domain of public airwaves is a free speech territory with only  certain expletives disallowed – by fine – due to decency laws, with which I disagree as a strict supporter of the First Amendment. Why should people with an agenda to circumvent the Constitution be allowed to dictate the suppression of free speech? The basis of Sharpton’s argument extends his request as something beyond censorship and closer to the border of fascism.

In what capacity, precisely, is the bloviating, race-baiting, self-appointed “community leader” Reverend Al meeting with an agency of the Federal government? If there was any justice in the world, Al would be being investigated by the Feds, not having lunch with them.

    Good morning Bob,

The executive branch is more vile and repulsive than organized crime. Our federal agencies are out of control in that the department heads are Marxists out to destroy the country and U.S. Constitution along with it.

Imagine how much money can be saved if we defunded and disbanded this merry band of thugs.

Adding insult to injury is that the very sins that progressives falsely accuse others of committing, they themselves are guilty.

By the way, this just caught my eye, “Congress Grants Haitian Orphans Green Cards”

What the heck for? To spread cholera, crime and death???

I live in a sanctuary city (NYC) and our biggest problem are the criminal elements who flee their homeland. For example AFRICA, how many of these people are now living here in the USA who were once soldiers and vandals in their homeland, i.e., all of whom are guilty of horrific acts? Once here, many ingle and resume their life of victimizing the innocent and non-suspecting.

The same goes for Haiti, many of their young are gang bangers, murderers, rapists and the worst kind of vermin. Not to mention, they are contaminated with deadly diseases, cholera, AIDS, etc.

So now all of the above are being relocated to the USA? This is insane.

What has happened to Jimmy Carter in the last two years? He had wool in the head about International Affairs but remained a decent man in many ways. Does he ever speak out these days?
