Joe the Dumber, San Fran Nan, and A Quantum of Solis

“The wrong people end up collecting the women.” —Joe Biden’s attempt to sell financial regulation by telling a Milwaukee crowd that the wrong people collected winnings from the financial crisis.

Joe Biden, the man who’s committed more gaffes than the first mate on a fishing boat, was at it again this week:

Biden: Obama’s had it Tougher Than FDR

[…] “I’ve watched him make decisions that would make another man or woman’s hair curl.”

I don’t know about that, Joe … your boss’s decisions usually leave my hair standing on end.  And speaking of the dumb and dumber—or, at least, the willfully ignorant, here’s the former Shrieker of the House:

“Congress has always been a mockery,” Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) declared in an interview on “The Charlie Rose Show” Monday night.

Well, San Fran Nan, the San Francisco Bleat, member in good standing of the “have to pass it to know what’s in it” school of legislating, should know—she’s largely responsible for making it the mockery it is today.

Then there’s Hilda Solis, Obama’s commissar over at the Labor Department:

Government-financed political propaganda at the Department of Labor is causing discomfort for some employees.

Signs posted in at least 20 DOL elevators depict Secretary Hilda Solis carrying a bullhorn and rallying alongside the Rev. Al Sharpton…

“This is what being in a Chinese factory during the Cultural Revolution is like.”

If Hilda’s the price we have to pay for it, then the cost of Labor is entirely too high.

Sad but true. Conservatives on Fire’s comment was spot on.

  3. Great post. The sad this is that people actually vote for these morons. In the end, we get the government we vote for, and man have we been asking for it!

The Solis propaganda pictures display the ideal Affirmative Action government employees; such is the status quo with a Supreme Court looking as it does, now. Remember Obama’s radical “wise latina woman” Sotomayor appointment. Rumors of her sexual preference aside – this IS what to expect in a socialist regime.
