“If you understood what communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees that we would someday become communist.” — Jane Fonda
Hanoi Jane. I get tired of railing against this Vietnam-era turncoat, but she’s like the herpes virus — once it’s in the system you just can’t get rid of it. So when discomfort caused by old radicals flares up, you’ve got to camphor it one more time.
Hollyweird has most recently cast the most nefarious thespian since John Wilkes Booth as former First Lady Nancy Reagan in the upcoming film, “The Butler.” But, as Capt. Phil Jennings (USMC, Ret.) points out,
[…] while she was talking about portraying the wife of preeminent Cold Warrior Ronald Reagan … Fonda, with no evident sense of irony, was wearing a shirt bearing the image of herself as Hanoi Jane. It was a raised middle finger to the Vietnam veterans she once said she was sorry she hurt.
…Veterans of the conflict in Southeast Asia never forgave Fonda for giving aid and comfort to the enemy…Now, apparently, Hanoi Jane is back. The hard left view of Vietnam has become institutionalized, and she can fly her true colors once again. She is not alone.
Last week…Obama, meeting with Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang, repeated the myth that Ho Chi Minh was an admirer of Thomas Jefferson and the principles of the Founders. In fact Ho was a founding member of the French Communist Party, and a committed Stalinist. He used Jefferson’s words to try to curry favor with the United States at the end of World War Two, seeking sympathy in his struggle against French colonialism. But this was a cynical ploy that failed. When Ho took power, anyone who openly espoused Jefferson’s ideals was asking to be liquidated. The only people who believed in Ho the Jefferson worshipper were American “useful idiots.” But Mr. Obama was weaned in that milieu, the Ayers/Wright/Alinksy radical wasteland.

Do us Vietnam vets a favor and boycott “The Butler.” America will be the better for it. Oh, and while yer at it, stop by Larry Reyes’ Facebook page and hit the “Like” button.

This is what I’ve come to expect from Hollywood. They have no shame!
Oprah Winfrey’s in the movie too. And spouting off about the Zimmerman case, equating it with the lynching of Emmett Till. Another reason to boycott the damn flick.
“Millions of people”?? What an idiot. The only “millions” Oprah knows anything about are the millions of dollars she’s made off the ditzy daytime tv viewers who somehow considered her to be color-blind.
Well the current SOS is nothing more than a whore to the liberals.
And SOS is exactly what he is … in fact, you can remove the shingle.
Personally, I love SOS.
On of those ‘stick to your ribs’ kinda meals. 😉

I’ll forgive her, about 25 years after the Jews forgive Hitler!
Jane Fonda = Whore Traitor.
Her and Hanoi John Kerry, the patrician pimp whose photo hangs in the communist’s War Museum in Saigon (I can’t bring myself to call it Ho Chi Minh City). Unfortunately for America, the man himself isn’t hanging there.
It will always be Saigon/III-Corp.
