“What are we celebrating exactly?” — New York Times Magazine National Correspondent Mark Leibovich

Only in a country as sadly obsessed with celebrity as ours would anyone besides the congenitally deranged waste a Saturday evening watching the White House Correspondent’s Dinner. At least the lapdogs of the Fourth Estate got to strap on the old feedbag before suffering through Obama’s latest stand-up routine.  All the folks watching at home got was heartburn.

Sympathy For The Devil

“What happened in Oklahoma was deeply troubling.” — Barack Obama, President

“I could hear her breathing and crying and everything.” — Clayton Lockett, Murderer

[Lockett] ended up where he should have, just 43 minutes late.” —  Mike Hashimoto, Writer

“It actually shouldn’t be a secret that Barack Obama is not overly fond of white people. The first clue was that he spent 20 years in Jeremiah Wright’s anti-American, anti-white, anti-Semitic church.” —  John Hawkins

Liberalism has a kind of Tourette Syndrome these days.  It’s constantly saying the words racism and racist. There’s an old saying, ‘If you have the law on your side, argue the law. If you have the facts on your side, argue the facts. If you have neither, pound the table.'” — George Will

The execution of an unrepentant murderer, African-American or not, shouldn’t trouble anyone, least of all the President of the United States — especially considering that it’s none of his damned business.  But if the President is Barack Obama, racial considerations always trump justice.  It’s the reason he released 68,000 illegal alien criminals.  It’s the reason he’s planning to release thousands of convicted drug dealers and crackheads.  Obama’s just as much a racist as any old time Klan Wizard; he just sells his product better.  You could look it up.

Why is the fool “troubled by Oklahoma”? My understanding is that Lockett was on the s k e d to die for the heinous murder he committed. He did, case closed.
