A Garland Of Fetters

Quid Pro Joe Beats The Rap

“No more moving with caution. See Biden’s record-setting executive orders. They are as radical and Marxist as anything ever seen in America’s history.” — Wayne Allyn Root

“Biden is the emptiest of suits who is being shuffled before the camera on rare occasions as the pretend president, but anyone with a pulse can see that the man is senile, diminished beyond reach.  He is a clueless but willing tool of the Maoists who are calling the shots and are dedicated to their project, the third term of Barack Obama.  And boy, are those behind-the-scenes folks excited by their newfound political power…” — Patricia McCarthy

Hang Em HighWith the Executive Branch back in the red hands of the Democrats, the scales of justice are once again about to be manipulated by the weighty thumbs of left wing jurists and lawyerly activists salivating for conservative blood. Merrick Garland, the new Attorney General, is about as even-handed as an ambidextrous strangler, and the only consideration Trump and his supporters can expect to receive from Garland’s Department of Injustice will be the option to choose either the bullet or the rope.

Garland made his bones under former Clinton AG Janet Reno and her consigliere, Jamie Gorelick, forming a triumvirate that supervised the dispatch of at least 78 non-conforming American citizens…uh, domestic terrorists…between happy hours in 1992 and ’93.

It is rather astonishing that given Garland’s public vow to aggressively treat Trump supporters as domestic terrorists more attention isn’t given to his prominent role serving Reno. Garland was Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General to Jamie Gorelick, Reno’s Deputy AG. Reno referred to Gorelick as her Justice Department’s “chief operating officer” and Gorelick has described Garland as her “wingman.” So that would make it:

1. Janet Reno
2. Jamie Gorelick
3. Merrick Garland

This was the hierarchy of a Justice Department that burned American citizens to death in the name of fighting “domestic terror.” (Left toasts Merrick Garland, the Swamp elitist who served as Bloody Janet Reno’s henchman)

Although not the forum to rehash the relative merit of french frying dozens of his fellow Americans, unsavory and deluded as they might have been, it seems somewhat remiss of the Senate to not have asked the judge a question or two regarding the Waco barbeque. Or at least whether he prefers wet rub or dry.

Merrick Garland was confirmed to the office of Attorney General under president Joe Biden by a margin of 70-30 in the U.S. Senate on Wednesday. 20 Republican senators voted to confirm Garland – who has a history of opposing gun rights and downplaying Black Lives Matter and Antifa violence – including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (KY) and Lindsey Graham (SC).

God love the Republicans. They have not yet begun to fight–and they never will.  Instead of a fire in the belly, the GOP has a nightlight. In a fight between a Republican and a wet paper sack, always bet on the sack. It’s no wonder the U.S. is about two spurious elections away from becoming the Soviet Union. Dos Vedanya, Uncle Sam. It was a helluva ride.
