The Felonious Mrs. C.

Shrillary

“Hillary Clinton is ethically unfit to be either a senator or president — and if she were to become president, the last vestiges of the traditional moral authority of the party of Roosevelt, Truman and Johnson will be destroyed.” — Jerry Zeifman, counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Clinton on the Watergate investigation

Character counts — and if you’re Hillary Clinton, the tote board has always registered zeroes.  This is a woman whose sole accomplishment has been to latch onto the greasy coattails of her perjurious, lecherous husband in an attempt to ride them to the Big House … uh, White House.  But Slick Willy in his prime was a charming rascal, at least. Hillary’s as unlikable as  jock itch. And as crooked as Michael Strahan’s fingers.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a secret email to conduct official business broke a number of department policies, an inspector general concluded in a report sent to Capitol Hill Wednesday that also suggests she used the account to try to hide her communications from the public.

The 83-page report, obtained by The Washington Times, is devastating in its evaluation of Mrs. Clinton’s behavior, saying it can find no record of her getting approval from either security or legal staffers for her unique arrangement. The report also undercuts many of her campaign’s explanations for her use of the system, dismisses comparisons to her predecessors’ email use, and points to repeated hacking attempts that she failed to report. (Hillary Clinton failed to report several hacking attempts)

But, if you ask Hillary, she’ll swear to you, as she has for the last 25 years, that she’s as honest as Abe, and any indications to the contrary are the result of a vast right-wing conspiracy engineered by Republicans or disgruntled sex workers or reactionary space aliens or something.  Because, as Ben Shapiro says, Hillary Clinton is as pure as the driven snow…

…at least according to Hillary Clinton. Clinton will tell you how honest and transparent she is, right after cackling hysterically to stall for time. She will tell you that she always cooperates with law enforcement, that she has attempted to turn over all materials to relevant authorities, that it’s just one giant coincidence her friends and family are constantly being swept up in prosecutorial dragnets. It isn’t a coincidence. Just look at the people with whom Clinton surrounds herself … So, is Clinton’s association with a number of suspicious characters just a giant coincidence? Or, perhaps, is it a sign that Clinton herself is corrupt and surrounds herself with other corrupt individuals willing to protect her?

It’s hard to believe the former, given that Clinton sticks by her corrupt friends for decades. Corruption surrounds her like the cloud of dust that always seems to follow Pig-Pen. That won’t change if she’s placed in the White House — it will get worse. Power always makes corruption worse. Clinton should know: She’s the only first lady ever fingerprinted by the FBI, and she’ll presumably be the first secretary of state interviewed by the FBI. As president, she’d make her husband’s deeply corrupt administration pale in comparison…

The survey says: Hillary Clinton is an avaricious, ambitious schemer who will ignore any rule and sidestep any law in order to get what she wants.  And what she wants, what she lusts for, is sheer, unbridled power.  Let’s not give it to her.
